Wouter and Linda sat next to each other in class (Stedelijk Gymnasium Leiden) and have stayed good friends ever since. Now, after finishing their education in very different fields, the two are teaming up again to help you write a great thesis.

About Linda:
Linda is a passionate environmental scientist and freelance sustainability consultant. She combines an aptitude for the exact sciences with an earnest concern for environmental and social issues. Even though Linda spent large parts of the winter in the Swiss Alps as a snowboard teacher, she nevertheless graduated cum laude from Utrecht University, with a bachelor in Environmental Sciences and a master in Sustainable Development. For her master thesis, she developed a new method to evaluate the impact of land use on ecosystem services. Linda’s groundbreaking method and strong thesis certainly did not go unnoticed. In 2015, her paper was awarded the Rachel Carson Thesis Prize by the Association for Environmental Professionals (VVM).
In her personal life, Linda tries to reduce her environmental impact and inspires others to do the same. After playing a leading role in a Dutch citizens initiative to collect aid for refugees, she spent more than 6 months volunteering in Greek refugee camps. Back in Leiden, she’s ready to support and inspire you to write a great thesis!
About Wouter:
Wouter earned two bachelor and two master degrees from Leiden University, in philosophy and political science. In the process, he got to write no less than four academic theses, both in English and in Dutch. He loves criticizing other people’s work and defending controversial, unconventional ideas.
During his studies, Wouter discovered his passion and talent for writing. He has continued developing his writing skills after graduating. Last year, he assessed a large number of theses for an accreditation agency. At present, Wouter employs his writing skills and academic abilities to write an English philosophy book and for a start-up company he’s working on with a friend. However, Wouter secretly longs to be back in university and is dying to have a look at your thesis!
